Chain Mail laser engravings, along with the Davidson LatheCraft maker's mark, on each side of the deep concave surfaces on this New England hard Maple. Brake holes surrounding the axle help center the string in the gap channel, and enable a very smooth return.

Completely handmade and lathe turned from a single block of wood, with no glue holding the sides and axle together. Fixed axle, with "nickel" width (~2mm) string gap for responsive play. Perfectly balanced and a silky player. Measures about 2.25" x 1.55" and weighs in at 45 grams (with string).
