Completely handmade and lathe turned from a single block of wood, with no glue holding the sides and axle together. Fixed axle, with "nickel" width (~2mm) string gap for responsive play, but sleeps equally well . Perfectly balanced and a very smooth player. Measures about 2.26" x 1.30" and weighs in at a hefty 86 grams (with string).
