This is the second 3-piece yo-yo I've made from scratch in over ten years. And it is one of a kind.
Beautiful, rare and exotic obsolete (no longer made) Italian ColorPly laminated African Obeche wood, with deep concave side turnings.
Completely handmade and lathe turned three piece design. Fixed 3/8" clear green acrylic axle, with "nickel" width (~2.mm) string gap for responsive play. Very well balanced and a super smooth player. Measures about 2.25" x 1.50 and weighs in at a nimble 34 grams (with string).
