DLC maker's mark on this exotic Tasmanian (Australia) Pomelle Eucalyptus, with beautiful and unusual grain patterns, and large hand-cast epoxy resin cabochons on each side.

100% handmade and lathe turned from a single block of wood, with no glue holding the sides and axle together. Fixed axle, with "nickel" width (~2.mm) string gap for responsive play, but will easily sleep and return with a slight string tug. Very well balanced and a super smooth player. Measures about 2.25" x 1.65" and weighs in at a hefty 76 grams (with string).
