Modest DLC maker's mark on one side of this exotic, rare and beautifully colored/grained Pernambuco (aka: Brazilwood), with a matched pair of handmade cabochon centerpieces deeply embedded into the wood.

Completely handmade, lathe turned from a single block of wood, with no glue holding the sides and axle together. Fixed axle, with "nickel" width (~2.mm) string gap for responsive play, but will easily sleep and return with a slight string tug. Perfectly balanced and a super smooth player. Measures about 2.27" x 1.85" and weighs in at 72 grams (with string).
